Stoker marks the anticipated English language debut for critically
acclaimed South Korean director, Park Chan-wook (Oldboy).
Led by Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode, and Mia Wasikowska, we’ve already seen
the first two trailers, both of
which promise nothing but brilliance, and more recently a teaser poster, and now a
new character poster of Wasikowska has debuted over at Empire, bearing the rather excellent
tagline, ‘Innocence Ends.’
Park is directing from a script penned by Wentworth Miller, who makes his feature debut
as a writer – and it looks to be an incredibly promising debut – having written
the script under a pseudonym, which then made it onto the 2010 Black List.
Stoker will be released in the UK and US on 1st March,
2013, which is definitely a date you’ll want to commit to memory.
