is this picture that was taken in S3 foreshadowing Micheals illness (S4epi2 Epistaxis)...... is that fecal matter all over him....no wonder the boy is having epistaxis amongts other things...his clothing is covered in feces and therfore probably caught some bactirial/viral infection and now wil DIE due to the unsanitary events in that which occurred in S3 or mabey *crossing fingers* just mabey he's just a really hard nose picker .... stop picking your nose..
